Been there! The second time is easier. The first time, I barely made it a mile and I thought for sure my insides were going to spill out (I only waited like 2 weeks, which was not the smartest thing I've ever done). The second time was SO much better! It's a frustratingly slow progression, but after the forced time off, it's bliss just being able to get out! Welcome back!
p.s. I hope you don't think I'm some kind of blogstalker! I was just glad to find your blog -- our babies are about the same age and we're pretty much in the same boat. It's nice to read about someone else going through the same things as me. BTW, I live in Central IL, so we might be at some of the same races this summer.
If the preturbed feeling doesn't go away 2 months post, definitely talk to the doc. Some ladies need a little nip/tuck procedure to tuck things back into place. I know, I'm one of them. (After 3 large kids, well...) I've just been putting it off. It's very simple, very common. Good luck with that, and the bra issues. I had an Enell. It was like wearing a straight jacket, and I felt like I could barely breathe at first, but at least my chest didn't scream with pain every time I moved.
