Establishing a Routine

20 minutes. 16:15 - 15:45 pace. HR 135-140.

LSD. Yawn.

Girl, I know. I KNOW!

I ran my marathon training miles at a FRUSTRATINGLY slow pace. And mentally, it was very, very hard. But I completed my non-optimally-trained race within 14 minutes of my "ohmigod I would FLIP if I could run that fast" pace. . . so, it works.

It's just soul-sucking. ;)

Boy do you get bored fast! I personally am relishing my LSD days as I know they are numbered and will be followed by kicking-my-ass-how-much-chocolate-can-I-consume kind of workouts. :)
